Black Rain

Not the Michael Douglas film; the Imamura one. A pretty decent film
about a chick who wasn't actually in Hiroshima at the time the A-bomb
was dropped, but did have the "black rain" fall upon her (she was
traveling upon the water to the mainland).  Basically, her guardians
endeavor to arrange a marriage for her, though nobody wants "damaged
goods". "Comic relief" is provided by a man who dives under the
wheels of any vehicle with a bundle of rags (he is flashing back to
wartime when he was trained to roll under the wheels and dynamite
enemy vehicles).
